Cancellations
A £100 deposit per week booked, is charged to secure reservations and the balance is payable six weeks before arrival. In the event of a cancellation the deposit would be lost if the accommodation cannot be re-let. If the full amount has been paid we will refund it all if we can re-let the accommodation, but we reserve the right to charge the full rental price for the period booked if we are unable to re-let it.
Guests are recommended to take out holiday insurance.
We do not accept any liability for loss or damage to personal effects, baggage, motor vehicle or motor accessories. We suggest guests check their own insurance cover.
