 Badgers Holt is the sunny Upper Floor Apartment of the Old Boathouse. It has its own external wooden staircase and entrance from a balcony. All the windows face the garden and woodland and the three dormers have window seats and exposed rafters.
Badgers Holt has full gas central heating with thermostatic control, double glazing a log fire with an initial supply of coal and logs and an electric fan heater.
There is double-glazing throughout.
The fully fitted modern kitchen has top quality appliances, a breakfast bar and a separate dining area overlooking the garden. The sitting room has an open fire and a larger dormer window overlooking the garden. The bedroom has a double bed (with an electric blanket) and a dormer window looking out over the garden.
The en suite bathroom has a bath with a hand shower and there is a separate shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower. The water in Badgers Holt is softened, except the cold tap in the kitchen of course.
